Work Live Leicestershire (WiLL) is a collaborative project helping rural residents across the county to move into job search, training or employment.
At the Charles Booth Centre in Thringstone, all partnership organisations came together on to celebrate the beginnings of the project. Following initial networking, lead organisation Vista presented, with CEO Susan Hoath introducing the programme and explaining delivery aims of the project.
Providing a tailored approach to individual's work and wellbeing needs, it is estimated the project will help over 500 individuals by June 2020. Once established in Hinkley and Bosworth, and North West Leicestershire, the project is then due to extend into rural Melton and Harborough areas too.
